Vision & Values

We are part of The Futures Trust.  Our Trust values are deeply rooted within our KG Vision and Values:

KG vision

• Keresley Grange will be over-subscribed with a waiting list in each year group
• Keresley Grange will have an excellent, state-of-the-art Early Years unit including a Nursery
• Year-on-year, children will be attaining above National Expectations at each key transition point
• Children will excel in subjects and skills that they aspire within with a view on their later life and future aspiration
• Children with additional needs and barriers will thrive alongside their peers and have the necessary tools and determination to succeed in secondary school
• Children will have a rich articulacy and be able to confidently talk about their learning and how it will help them in their future lives
• Children and families will be a part of the family at Keresley Grange, with high quality support provided before, when and where needed to ensure all reach their potential
• School will be known as a school of continued learning for staff as much as for children

Our belief is that our motto is key.  The motto reflects our values and our values drive behaviour.

Every day, everything we do is underpinned by our the three values:

BELONG - our family ethos ensures that every child: feels safe, feels included, feels valued, communicates effectively with others and, crucially, can be themselves.

BELIEVE -  we want children to: develop confidence in themselves, invest positively in their learning, communicate effectively, understand that they can always improve and that mistakes are key to learning more.  This ultimately means that children believe that they are the best version of themselves.

ACHIEVE -  achievement is built through practice and determination.  We want all of our children to be the best version of themselves.   They do this through: effort, perseverance and pride in their work.
